Does the current institution in the award table mean what university the student ANTICIPATES to attend/affiliate with? I’m confused since the NSF GRFP app deadline was very well before the notification dates for many PhD programs. If so, then I find the number of T10 schools listed pretty hilarious.
It means the institution the person is at during the time of application, whether it be their undergrad or grad school.

I have not yet heard anything back from Yale, Princeton, Michigan, UWash, or UPENN. Organic and Chem Bio. Any thoughts??? I am nervous.
At least for Princeton, I know they're planning to release decisions either this week or early February.

Anyone know when Princeton will release decisions? Looks like it was around this time last year.
I haven't heard back yet, and I've also not seen anyone hear back either. It seems like they typically send decisions around this time of the year, but maybe we'll hear back next week.

OMG I JUST GOT AN INTERVIEW INVITE FROM STANFORD!
Edit: This was for theoretical chemistry, so not sure if other subfields sent out invites.

OMG I am so anxious about MIT organic acceptances/rejections coming out. I've been checking my email like crazy (and grad cafe unfortunately). Just to help others, I got into uchicago, northwestern, Minnesota, and Wisconsin-madison before Christmas and IU and UofM after Christmas. I'm still waiting on Caltech, Irvine, Stanford, Harvard, and MIT. Let me know if you have any questions about the schools I have gotten into!
I heard Stanford would send interview invites either last week or this week, but it seems like no one heard last week. Hoping for good news this week!

Did anyone hear back from Caltech theoretical? I've never seen relevant posts this year.
I saw people talk about it on reddit, but it seemed like they didn't hear back

Has anyone heard back from Stanford? (esp if you're in theoretical/pchem)

Apparently, pchem sent invites today according to Reddit

Hmm I heard that MIT inorganic sent out interview invites. Not sure about other subfields.
