Heyhey, I just got my offer from UNC-CH PhD. On my letter, they did mention full funding for 5 years as well as my stipend amount ( I am also domestic and a non NC resident). I did get my offer later than you, so maybe this information wasn't ready when they sent you your offer??? (Also, are you planning on attending the visit day?)

The interview was one of the longer ones I have had, they asked a lot of in depth questions about my previous coursework rather than research interests. Not sure about how many people received the interview, but it seems like a small-ish pool.

I just (like 2 days ago) received a formal offer from UNC-CH, as well as an interview from the University of Southern California. UNC applicants -- don't lose hope! It seems like they are sending out acceptances in rounds. I have not heard from U Minnesota or BU. (all PhD applications)

I also received an interview from Rice, I have a feeling that one of the professors I will be speaking to is tailored to my research interests? My interview is coming up... any tips?
