Low quant scores for theory applicant

Thanks for the responses. I'm studying GRE math right now and will be taking the exam at the end of October. -
I took my GREs over three years ago before entering an MA program. I scored 660 V (94th percentile), 570 Q (42nd percentile), 5.5 AW. I'm applying to Claremont, UT Austin, University of Dallas, Michigan State, Georgetown, WashU, and LSU for political theory for Fall 2011. My quant score is pathetic, but I'm wondering how much it will matter for a theory applicant. Should I retake the exam? My undergrad GPA is 3.9 and my MA GPA is 3.8.
