    I study a master's in Anatomical sciences currently. my GPA is 3.52 it's my 3rd semester I wish to apply for my Ph.D. in neuroscience In my region there is no master's program in neuroscience do you think I have a chance to apply for Ph.D.? till now I was 1st rank among my classmates
