got admission letter and full funding to Planning PhD Cornell today

it showed an update with the waitlist letter. then a form to fill to be kept on the waitlist. i never got interviewed and didn't receive any contact from my POI

I did apply too but haven't received any invite yet

i was the one who posted the first waitlist. received a portal update and email to be added to it on 14th February
