going in for painting! it's been a wild ride, thankful to have a small community on here during these few months 🙂

just got notified im on the waitlist! good luck to everyone, will be taking my name off to accept VCU 🙂

of course! they're giving me an assistantship that's covering tuition for two semesters, as well as a 5k stipend for those two semesters provided i work an amount of hours each week. this was incredible news to hear after four straight rejections!! i'm only waiting to hear about hunter, but i think with the financial aid, i'm going to be taking vcu's offer regardless, hope this helps 🙂

update: SAIC: rejected RISD: rejected BU: rejected Rutgers: rejected VCU: interviewed, waiting Hunter: interviewed, waiting i'm glad everyone's getting answers! i've been getting a slew of rejections, really hoping to hear back some good news, it's super difficult to stay positive 😕 good luck to those stuck in limbo/getting rejections, this sucks and i'm wishing all of us luck for this year and the next 😞

update, just got my (expected) rejection from RISD, waiting to hear back from VCU and hunter with hopefully some good news 😞

i did the hunter interview for painting! we had 20 minutes and it was suuuuper rushed, we had to show 5 pieces and i only got to talk about three works, they also asked questions but it seemed like an alright interview, but they definitely kept saying we were going to run out of time 😕 sad i didnt get to say everything i wanted but i the interviewers were nice! how did your interview go?

omg yeah i was super taken aback when i saw the troll, super not expecting it ! yeah this process has been super stressful, and i absolutely dread the idea of having to do it again ugh, wishing you and everyone else luck for the next week, hopefully march will bring some answers 😞

applied to saic, risd, rutgers, hunter, boston u and vcu 😊 so far only got interviews for hunter and vcu, but radio silence from everyone else, hoping we're on some wait list somewhere 😕
