Has anyone received waitlist or rejection email from u of t epi?

Ohh okay, thank you! I did see someone got in mid-March, but I wasn't sure if that was first-wave or not since I only saw one person on reddit say they got accepted. Thanks for clarifying!

When does everyone think the second wave of u of t epi acceptances will come out? Didn't hear back yesterday and I'm more nervous than ever!

Update.. just got admitted!

Interesting, I wonder how they're doing it! My last name is actually early in the alphabet so I don't know if thats how they're doing it... feels very random since waitlist has also come out based on some reddit comments. I'm sure you'll get in though, stay positive!

What stream did you apply for? Maybe they're releasing decisions by streams, I applied for their population health risk assessment stream!

Is anyone else's uOttawa application still under evaluation? On March 31st my status changed to "Your file is now complete. We will inform you as soon as a decision has been reached." However, as of today, my status changed back to "Last update: 2023-04-05We now have all the preliminary documents we need to evaluate your application for admission. No action is required on your part at this time. We will send you either an update or our decision via this portal once application has been evaluated. If we require any other information to complete our evaluation, we will get in touch with you." Did this happen to anyone else? Also, congratulations to everyone who has received admission so far!

Sure - I have a BSc. (hons) in psych - I think my cGPA is roughly 3.6/4, but my 2 year GPA is 3.9/4.0. - Experience: I was an undergrad RA for 2 years. I have been out of school for a few years and have been working the entire time. I have some experience working with children on the autism spectrum, but I now work as a full-time staff RA in the faculty of medicine and I am also a RA for the local health department doing epi research. - I have one forthcoming publication which is relevant to public health - it is now accepted but at the time of application it was under review, although I still mentioned it briefly in my LOI. I have some experience with research conferences and presentations as well, although all at the undergraduate level. Let me know if you have any other questions
