Congratulations, @voxanonyma! I am offered an interview with Penn ANCH next week! Got notified yesterday. It will be my first interview, so I am a bit stressed and doing some preparations these days. Fingers crossed, and good luck to everyone!

I also didn't attend the perspective visit last year but still got accepted to the program I'm currently in. I later found out I was the only applicant who didn't visit in person but had a Zoom interview instead. So it won't be a fundamental flaw as long as you do well in the interview, I guess? (But in my case, I was directly asked for a Zoom interview without being invited to a perspective weekend, so it's slightly different from your situation.)

Hi there, just got an MA offer from Cincinnati, ancient history track. I'm not in the US for undergrad, so I don't know much about UC. Does anyone know how their classical department is? My interest is in the imperial Rome and hope to participate in some digs in my master.
