I got it! I applied to the Army division and am a Physics PhD student. I'll note that I did not get GRFP (not even HM for GRFP).

Weird, I am getting a "Server Error" page from Forge Rock Edit: I can sign in on my phone, I think my VPN is causing a problem on PC.

As of an ~hour or so ago, you can no longer sign into the portal. Hopefully results soon!
