  1. Did anyone hear anything from UofT? I saw someone post on reddit 5 days ago asking about health promo because they're considering accepting. I assume they got an offer then? I wanted to make sure since they didn't send out offers until mid-April last year
  2. You should email Suzanne Jackson directly and she'll update you on your application. Waitlist emails went out on May 5 so it is likely it's a rejection if you haven't heard back. The grad office takes a while to send out official rejection emails.
  3. Did they send an email out if you were waitlisted?
  4. Oh I see, thank you so much! Was it something you attached to the Academic History section of the portal or to the stats requirement form?
  5. Did you take this course after graduating? I'm planning on taking an additional stats course but was wondering how to reference the course on the stats requirement form since it wouldn't be on my undergrad transcript.
  6. does anyone have any insight into how important the actual stats requirement grade is? i got a B+ (79) in my intro to stats course which just hits the minimum requirement for most schools, but I'm unsure if that's a glaring issue. my overall gpa is a lot higher than that and I've done well in my research methods and thesis course (high 80's, low 90's).
  7. I know someone who got rejected from Ottawa on Tuesday
  8. Congrats! Would you be comfortable sharing your stats?
  9. Has anyone gone through a cycle previously without any offers and have any advice for what to do in the year after? and how you improved your application? I’ve received two rejections already and it’s looking a bit bleak 🥲 for reference, my average is ~87% throughout my four years, I have research experience with my honours thesis project and have done an internship at a community services centre for seniors. I have also been active with ECs and volunteering for a couple things (student council, blood donation services, peer mentor) any advice would be appreciated!
