Yay Laurier had finally sent out admissions! I got into the part-time online MSW program! However I have already accepted the offer for U of T MSW 2 year program. I will decline Laurier’s offer and I hope one of you amazing people that are on the waitlist get in ❤️ wishing you all the best of luck!

Me either. I applied in October and had to have everything submitted by Dec 15th. I still haven't received anything. 
 

Many Congratulations!  I didn't realize the application was open for the Part-time Laurier non-BSW program until March 2023.  I had to have all of my documents in by mid-dec 2022. 
Still waiting on pins and needles!

Last name starts with H. I applied and received my OUAC receipt on March 1, 2023, and submitted my supplemental documentation in early April 2023. On Thursday, June 1, 2023, Grad Admissions contacted me and asked me to resend my college transcript by the next business day at noon. On June 16, 2023, I received an acceptance email. 

Since admissions are finally rolling out, I created a Facebook group for the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program at Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU) ONLINE PART-TIME | FALL '23 REGULAR TRACK (non-BSW) September 2023 intake.

Congratulations! I haven't heard anything yet but just knowing that the wait will hopefully be over soon either way is sooo nice. Thanks for the update!!!

As of today, Thursday, June 14, 2023, from Wilfrid Laurier...
"We have sent our decisions for the Fall 2023 Part-Time MSW to the Grad Studies office for processing. It is hard to pinpoint a specific day that they will be able to finish processing them by, but you should be notified by email of our decision within the next week or so." 

Wow, this is surprising that they are still reviewing documents this late.
I thought they had progressed further than this, as 13 days ago (June 1, 2023), Admissions also contacted me and asked to resend a transcript. Additionally, someone wrote here that they were told via email that final decisions for the program had already been sent to Grad Admissions as of the end of May. Perhaps this means they are considering you...
Nonetheless, I will be shocked if they release decisions this Friday, June 16, 2023, as it seems very unlikely. *sigh*
 

By Grad Admissions, I was told they cap applications at 150 and only have space for 32 people in the program per semester, so roughly the same. 

I was also really hanging into hope that yesterday (June 9th) would be the day. Last I heard was the "start of June", but obviously that has come and gone and we are into mid-June. It's so discouraging and the painful wait is only going to suck even more if it's all just been to get bad news. I'm losing my mind over here.

Fingers crossed that tomorrow is the day we hear from Laurier about the regular track (non-bsw) part-time online program. The wait has been excruciating and dragged on for so long—best of luck to those waiting to hear. 

I'm also waiting on a decision from Laurier about the non-BSW online part-time MSW program starting this fall. The wait has been so painful... May came and went and then I got an update from admissions that decisions would be out "at the start of June", so evvvvery day I'm hoping it will be the day, but still nothing. It better be this week or we will be into mid-June and this has already been so stressful, I can't take any more delays!! Lol.

They emailed me on Friday inquiring if I would like to close my part-time application due to getting into their full-time program, and I indicated I would like to keep it open, where they then told me 10-15 business days until they release decisions 

I am fortunate to say that I have been accepted to King’s MSW-2 from the waitlist! 

Today would be lovely! Ha!

As mentioned in previous forum posts, the target for admissions decisions is now the beginning of June. I will post a screenshot of the email I received when I inquired about it haha.
