but this becomes unfair because its a long process for some of us, i have been in the pool since December until date i have not been contacted, why spend all these resources and time just to not hire people. By us applying for the FIT pool shows we actually want to work with them. I pray and hope i get contacted soon, because the wait is hard

hi all Has anyone from the Finance Fit Pool been contacted for a job ? its been 8 months since i joined the pool and its been radio silent from WFP. I really don't see how they can make us go through a whole 8 months plus process of tests and interviews just to make us wait this long for a job offer.
