AWA score doesnt matter and for civil engineering, schools look only at the quant score. Not many schools have a cutoff for gre writing section separately, even if there was one, they dont stress on that.

You have a good profile and the gre score is good. No one really cares about the AWA scores and verbal, unless you are applying for literature or related subject. You have a very good probability of getting into these schools. Just concentrate on your sop and you should be fine.
