  1. Hey there! With all the volunteer work you've done in LGBTQ+ support and crisis intervention, not to mention your degree in applied human sciences, you're a great fit for an MSW. Make sure you talk up your hands-on experience and the big roles you've played in community groups. Sure, grades matter, but your real-world experience and passion might just tip the scales in your favor. Give online MSW programs a shot and let them see how committed you are to social work and crisis intervention. Your unique background and all the good you've done mean going for an MSW is totally worth it. All the best for you!))
  2. I am currently writing a research paper, not a dissertation, but there is a real need for such things. The work I'm working on is quite complicated and I worry whether I'm doing everything right, it helps me a lot to share my feelings with friends or a supervisor, to discuss what I've already written, it's not a detailed analysis, but sometimes it turns out that you're worrying in vain
  3. Thanks for the information, currently I do not plan to get PhD yet, but when such advice is given by a person who has passed it is great!))
  4. Hi, not bad enough, from my point of view, I would recommend paying more attention to clearly defining your goals and justifying your choice in favor of biostatistics. A little advice, of course, I do not know in what format the interview will be held, but an interesting feature may be your attention to low scores in some subjects, namely, indicate what you have done or will do to improve your knowledge of these subjects (the ability to set goals and solve your problems is always an advantage)
