This is very helpful, thank you. Does this imply that those who haven't heard yet are essentially sat in a pool waiting for a final decision to be made? I'd assumed all decisions had been finalised by now but this explains why they're trickling out their acceptances and rejections. For context, I'm an IR applicant.
