So I got another email from UBC with a list of things to do like send in official transcripts and click a button on the portal to accept. I click “respond to this offer” and it takes me to the applicant service centre but then there’s nothing there …. I’m super confused. Anyone else dealing with this? they just sent out an email saying the applicant portal is down!

Has anyone paid their deposit to UBC yet? I responded via email to accept my offer but have not received steps on how to pay the deposit. It said in the offer letter to pay on the portal but I don’t know where?

Oh okay maybe that’s why! Yes I’m all done my courses and don’t have any currently in progress! I logged onto the portal and couldn’t find where we are supposed to pay the deposit so I’m assuming maybe it’s just not set up yet? I did email my acceptance response back though!

Oh that’s weird. Mine says end of April - (April 30). Is your campus Vancouver or Victoria? Mine is Vancouver!
