Looking for dual creative writing and literature programs (PhDs or MFA/PhD hybrids)

Hi all! I'm on the hunt for some programs that focus on BOTH creative writing and literature (such as the Cornell dual MFA/PhD or the USC PhD in Literature and Creative Writing.) Both of these are incredibly competitive so I'm hoping to round out my list! Does anyone know of any? Thank you!!
