Hi. There are pros and cons to getting a masters degree. Yes, it gives you "access" to a lab and research experience, but it also could be costly. Have you thought about working as a volunteer in a lab? That way, you could gain the experience without having to pay for tuition? That could give you more flexibility. Good luck!
