According to NYU:
standardized test scores (GRE or GMAT scores are strongly recommended, but not required)
Standardized Test Scores
GRE or GMAT test scores are strongly recommended for applicants who have performed at or below the suggested minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average, for applicants who may have not taken or performed poorly in previous quantitative courses, for applicants with no prior background in social science or other relevant courses, or for applicants who have been away from academic study for ten years or more. The Admissions Committee reserves the right to request scores from any applicant.
I am wondering whether I should wait till I take my GMAT or should I send the application in asap?
Is it disadvantageous to send in the application without graduate exams scores?
Also, if you have done this can you lend me some advice?
Furthermore, does anyone know the average GRE or GMAT score for NYU? I couldnt find it.
Obviously, the better I do the better my chances are for getting in. Unfortunately, I have already taken the GMAT once and my score was not that great. I am retaking it once more in Feb. So I would really appreciate some information on scores that helped individuals get in to NYU wagner.
P.S. My GPA is over a 3.5 from a top 20 school
