Got the same thing, was also rejected. Expecting it to be an administrative error sort of thing.

Just got home from work and saw that I got a letter from UC Irvine--still rejected, but it had a very lovely handwritten note on it from Michelle Latiolais. Sort of mood-bolstering in its own way.

Hoping that Oregon is just taking their sweet time lovingly hand-crafting each acceptance email

Trying to divert some of my "staring at my phone, email, and the spreadsheet" energy into actually doing some writing today. We'll see how it goes lol

@KennyK As of the time of writing there's one fiction acceptance and one nonfiction acceptance. Both notified via phone call yesterday. Hope that's helpful, and I'm rooting for you!!

Frankly amazed that JH even bothered to send me a rejection, seeing as it turns out that one of my recommenders didn't submit a letter 🙃 Ah well. Danielle Evans, I will continue to admire your work from afar.
