Hi, as a fresh hand, I'm wondering what would be the commonly reasonable way to plan about paper submission. Should I start from the top-tier conference/journal hoping to try the best of my luck, or should I do it some other way, especially considering I just entered my current field for not long? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
