Probably super dependent on the program. I just accepted my top choice and declined my other offers today, but it really wasn't tied to anything in particular regarding programs and their timing. I'm guessing a lot of students are making decisions as all factors, not just their decisions, fall into place.

Wow! I'm so glad you can provide such incisive commentary on my life and priorities, thank you! Not that you deserve any information and I'm sure you'll just write it off without any introspection, but people can actually prioritize something other than an Ivy admission, ranking, or name brand. Some of us aren't even trying to place into academia. If you are curious, I'm accepting the lowest ranked school of my four acceptances and the difference isn't marginal- I am accepted into the golden 12 for TT, but not going. I get you are hurting, it sounds like your dreams are delayed at least a year. But given how you act regarding others' successes, personal decisions and lives, nobody here is surprised that programs didn't want to take you on.

Well, my cycle is over with an assumed rejection from GU. Received four offers, including my top choice. Maybe I'll see you all out on the admitted students visits. Best of luck going forward!

I was so hopeful that Gtown would release today, but it's the end of the business day on the east coast and nothing in my portal and nothing on the results pages. :(((((( Was hoping to close out the cycle today and MOVE ON.

Those all that you are waiting for now? If Georgetown and Princeton SPIA would close it out tomorrow, I finally could be at peace.

Georgetown has to be today or tomorrow, right? RIGHT? They're the last poli sci program I'm waiting on. (Princeton SPIA is the other) Did anyone hear anything or see anything about IU-B Poli Sci besides all the waitlists?

I'm starting to wonder if the funding situation is extremely dire at IU-B. I had two applications in there, and was waitlisted for Political Science. neither of them have moved or updated. I withdrew my PS waitlist consideration because I have three other offers. But crickets on the second application
