It seems like the only NSERC folks who've received notice were those who applied for an international location of tenure (according to reddit posts, at least). An NSERC officer told one of the commenters on that thread that all results are expected to be sent out by end of day today.

I'm still waiting on an NSERC email, so it doesn't seem like they came out all at once.
