Offered a SSHRC CPRA with a score of 10.86/12 (5.66/6 for Research Potential & Experience; 5.20/6 for Quality of Proposed Research Program). Couldn't believe it. I was waitlisted last year for the SSHRC postdoc with the same project. Committee 6A, 113 applications, 21 awards offered, 92 not offered. This year my application had more publications to my name, a more refined proposal, the same supporting references and primary supervisor/institution, added a secondary institution/supervisor in the field work host country.
