Last year they started rolling out on the 15th by last name over three days (15-17). I know people with early last names alphabetically and they would have told me if they got an email, guess we just have to keep waiting

You select it when you apply. Not sure about the others, but NSERC has a website for all their committee codes and even the members who sit on these committees. I am specifically subject 5504 (animal physiology & metabolism) within committee 195 (animal & plant biology)
