  1. Yes, thats true. Last year followed the same pattern. Most of them got it only in Feb. while a few of them got their acceptances in Jan. There is still a lot of time. There is nothing to be worried. But, I think it is normal for them to ask GRE scores and it doesnot imply a bad or a good news.
  2. There is nothing to judge from it. BTW, I got the same message today. Even I had sent my scores a month or two earlier. Lets wait and see.
  3. Thank you very much. I am asking since I have applied and waiting to hear from them. Mind sharing ur stats (Univ, GRE scores, GPA etc.) ? How do you say likely acceptance ?
  4. Hey, Have any idea when you will know about the decision ? Do you think that the admission decision will depend on whether you go to visit his lab or will you be notified earlier ?
  5. No, He just asked for phone number and my time zone. The email contains nothing else.
  6. A prof. with whom i was in touch with for my application at a top 20 university that I had applied to emailed me asking my phone number and the time zone that I am in. Does it mean an interview ? or some data verification stuff? Do prof.'s explicitly mention "interview" ?
