  1. Well, I sent an email to the main graduate office asking them if it is possible that my scores are THERE despite me specifying the department's code as requested. Cross your fingers for me!
  2. UPDATED 2/10/09: Called ETS yet again this morning, and was told that my ORIGINAL score report was "accidentally" delivered to the main graduate office (addressing problem as IvyHope suggested), but that the additional report and courtesy report were addressed correctly. I then called the main graduate office and they didn't have my scores; the woman I talked to told me that if/when they had gotten them, they would've been sent to the correct department (but she couldn't confirm that her office had ever received them.) She mentioned that inter-office mail is pretty slow, also, and to keep checking with the actual department. I emailed my contact in the department and was told that my scores are IN as of this morning! Which score report (original, additional, or courtesy) was received, we'll never know...but at this point, I don't care... (I also posted this on the applyingtograd community on LJ) I took the GREs at the beginning of December and requested that they be sent to 1 university (the other places I'm applying don't require them.) I received my score report on January 3, while the university still hadn't received an official score report from ETS. Since the deadline for application materials (scores, LORs, etc) was February 1, I called ETS and paid for an additional score report to be sent. To this day, neither of these reports has been received by the university. I've quadruple-checked with both ETS and the institution to ensure correct university/department codes. ETS even gave me the "cycle numbers" and release dates for my scores to provide they university, but they still haven't been found. ETS also sent out ANOTHER report as a courtesy, which has also NOT be received. The head of the department I'm applying to emailed me and agreed to review my application if I faxed over a copy of my score report, which I did, but I'm still trying to figure out WHY none of these reports were received and what to do next. Advice, please? All of the information on my application and in the ETS system matches exactly, I used the correct department and university codes, and I am out of ideas.
