I have no idea since I am currently a grad student. Why don't you call Krell and ask them? It would be great if you can further ask them when we will be notified.

DOE CSGF = Department of Energy Computational Science Graduate Fellowship. I wonder if anyone here has got an early notification of CSGF award. Also if there's any former recipient of this award here, it would be great if you can tell us when you were notified from Krell. Keep biting my nails...
