I applied to University A solely on the basis of my interest in the work of a particular faculty member. They have invited me for an interview but as of now I might have to shell out for air travel. They are iffy about reimbursement but want an answer asap.Would it be ok to give a conditional affirmative or request a phone interview?

Questions you should ask should be on the lines of Hey Babe, wanna go out for a movie later?

This topic is akin to a conversation in a bar. Dejected souls pouring out their grief. I wish I had contacted the professors wherever I applied. The other is finding the results section of this website. I just realized that I haven't been invited to the interviews at a couple of places and a couple of other places might have the same fate in store for me. First it is one school, then it becomes two and then four.
