  1. Ill be there! : ) But you already knew that!
  2. Hi,I am also a neuroscience applicant. I was wondering if you applied via the PIBS at U Michigan Ann Arbor or directly to the Neuroscience programm? Not expecting any good news since haven't heard from them

  3. Hey got an email from OSU, yesterday! Almost missed it!

  4. Thanks! both programs had deadlines for the first week of December. I all most missed one of the emails!!
  5. Got TWO interviews today!!! UNC-BBSP and University of Michigan! It has begun!
  6. where did you apply? what do you want to research?
  7. check the results page to see when people heard last year from the programs you applied to. By their accounts it calls could be rolling in next week! ...my anxiety level just increased after writing that!... I think we are being monitored for a behavioral test of the coping methods of graduate applicants. They will gauge our confidence levels during interviews and group us according to how long we had to wait for a phone call. lol... i expect a significant decrease in confidence levels after prolonged exposure to interview anticipation stress!
  8. at a postbac fellowship now, and i dont have enough work to do ( or im a really BIG procrastinator) so there are no distractions!!!
  9. (It costs HOW much to do a postbac?!? Do not want. Not unless I absolutely have to.)
  10. would love input. Neuroscience, and two pending (1 for PNAS (pretty good journal) 2nd Author, and one for less known journal as first author, fingers crossed on that one) Applied to UCSD Emory University of Michigan - Ann Arbor Ohio State UNC Chapel Hill
  11. good study music...sound tracks. my fave. Pirates of the Caribbean. Keeps you pumped, but doesn't distract with words so you can focus on what you are reading. Carmina Burana is also good if Latin doesn't distract you.
