I applied this program too. Admission officer told me that decision would be made at the end of Feb/ early Mar. Hope we all get good news.~~~

I think it doesn't matter if you have not received any invitations yet. According to my information, some I/O psychology programs just start reviewing the applicants packages. What programs did u apply? I am also an international student and we are from the same country. I heard that international students are invited to have skype interviews in most cases if interviews are necessary. But I prefer going to U.S. if allowed. I think face-to-face chat would be more effective and efficient. Best luck to us.

I'd also suggest wearing a suit, though I agree it really depends. Since you are not sure about the school's and professors' preference, I would say overdress is definitely better. Anyway, good luck for your interview!
