I'm actually skeptical about all this hope. A few posters on the wall suggested they got emails in late Feb. And last year's wall postings for Harvard English showed a few emailed acceptances in late February, and a bunch of snail mailed rejections in mid-March. Still, I'm grasping at straws, so if somebody tells me to have faith I will....

I hate to repeat a theme that's already been exhausted, but I was wondering if anybody knew anything about Harvard English. It seems that a bunch of people were emailed in late February, but I called the department and they wont' tell me anything except that "letters are being mailed on March 15th" (also, this seems cruel. If they have the information, why not just send it?) Does not having received an email = not getting in? thanks!

Does anybody know if Harvard and WUSTL have already emailed all its accepted applicants? I'm only waiting to hear from them, but I saw on the Wall that a bunch of people had received emails in late February. Does that mean if we did not get an email, we were not accepted?
