You could probably find something in the $1000 range, if you're willing to take something that's bare bones. A nicer apartment will probably be closer to the $1300-1500 range.

Hey all! Thanks for the congratulations. I got an email yesterday with an offer of admission. I had actually gotten an email about a week ago from an advisor asking if I had any questions, so I had my fingers crossed for a quick response. It sounds like they've admitted nine people so far. I think they were aiming for a class of about fifteen, so hopefully that was just the first bunch. Good luck to everybody!

I just got an offer of admission from UNC-Chapel Hill. I'm doing European History, specifically British. It stated that they are nominating nine students for fellowships. I'm not sure if more than that are being admitted with a different package. Anyone else hear back?
