Have to say, I apply for Master program....so the admission may be much easier to get.<BR>Till now, OSU and Rutgers give me ad...no funding<BR><BR>I don't which one to choose as both of them have advantages.<BR><BR>well, how much will be spent should be considered...<BR><BR>can some one tell a little detail about the two?<BR><BR>
