congrats (for you!) ah crap (for me).

for columbia? 2 weeks ago a bunch of us had a slideroom status of "2011 Painting Rj's" for about a week. they changed them back to "2011 Painting." another poster called the admissions office and they sorta confided that we weren't supposed to see that and that Rj's meant rejections. would have felt better with a "2011 Painting Regretfully Denied" status but if i were part of the admissions staff and going through hundreds of peoples work i'd go bonkers, first...and find the easiest way to sort out the regretfully denied(s). can't blame em. so, it tis what it is.

aahhh relief... interview invite from cranbrook. now, not get all nervous

tyler mfa painting rejection. they updated the temple.edu application status before i received a physical rejection letter. pretty lame how i about found out about both the yale and tyler rejections, while laying down in bed with my computering with my laptop on my stomach. stupid internet age. ..where's the drama (while standing upright and on feet). guessing a SAIC rejection by now because it seems like the ones that they wanted to get have been called for interviews for early and mid march already. so for me, two pairs of crossed fingers for cranbrook and hunter. best of luck to everyone out there!

is that from your tyler app? yeah mine was like that before i replied to an email by the app coordinator. she had asked that everyone re-send their statement and CV. if not, there should be a mention about what is missing. giving a monday morning call wouldn't hurt though. best of luck.

yeah, my columbia slideroom info switched back to "2011 Painting" from "2011 Painting Rj's" maybe the schools are paying attention to us (on these forums). and i also agree with gucci mayne and we all should be making stuff instead of worrying eachother to death.. but then again these forums are so addictive !

my slideroom columbia app also says "painting 2011 RJ's" i think either we're ReJected or our fate in the hands of a guy named RJ. but for seriousness, i don't know if it always said this and going crazy over it shouldn't be a thing to do, or waste your time on. i get annoyed about the money spent on the app (colombia's being the priciest with added slideroom and needaccess fees.)

this this a great forum! even though it's making me worry alot more. I was looking forward to SAIC but maybe they've sent out their interview invites (for MFA Painting) already. congrats on you peoples who got it. lordy help the rest of us still waiting....
