Anyone want to claim acceptances to Harvard GSAS Religion PhD? And Subfield?

Okay, ASAP let's clear this up: "Harvard PhD sent out acceptances." What?! Harvard what??! GSAS Religion PhD? HDS has already informed applicants, and that's the ThD anyway. If the PhD acceptances are out then the most natural and mysterious question (and I know I'm not the only one asking it) is, "Why haven't I heard anything!" It can't be that... NOooooooooooooooooooo... But really, Nooooooooooooo. Not Accepted?! It's not the end of the world if I don't get in, right? Right? A little reassurance anyone?! But all I got right now is Noooooooooooooooo!!! .... and still no official word. Waiting anxiously. Best of luck to everyone who applied! What a whirlwind, this whole freaking thing!

It looks like some Chicago Div results have been posted so I'm not sure why we haven't heard yet. I emailed the Dean of students recently but haven't heard back yet. I thought we would hear by today but.. I agree with you DivSkool, Chicago a great place for SAS, although a couple other places seem like a good fit for my particular interests. I applied to the Hx of Religions program in the Div school. You?

Anyone know of good intensive summer programs for south asian languages? with funding? I am aware of CLS, AIIS and UW Madison's programs

ANY NEWS YET??? I think we should hear any day now, at least for the replacements of people who declined the scholarship. There is always the chance that selected alternates will refuse as well. The chances decrease precipitously though I imagine...

I'm an alternate too, waiting to here. I don't know if they have started admitting alternates a lot. I thought about contacting CLS but haven't done so. Any word on your end?
