I heard from UMD today asking for documents related to Finances and proof of funding etc. "As soon as we receive the necessary documents from you, we will be happy to evaluate your application." I was a little surprised as most universities ask it only after the student has been accepted. The irony here is, I had specified in the form that I cannot attend the program if I do not receive any funding from the university. Any clues on whats going on?

As per GC's result search UMD has been sending out decisions for MPP in batches from the last week of January - both rejects and acceptances. This is the reason I was a little worried. :\

I still haven't heard from them! Does it indicate the "R" word!?

I see that the Maryland decisions for MPP are out. I haven't heard back from them. Do they send acceptances in batches or is the game over for me as far as Maryland is concerned?!

the admissions to CIPA are on a rolling basis right? I got a reply from the admissions dept stating that they have forwarded my application package to the AdCom on 15th February 2011 and from there on it should take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks for the decision. Just one question, I was asked to post a video as a part of the application package. I am wondering if everyone of you was asked to do the same?
