I'm getting the impression that the problem is funding. I imagine they're waiting around to make admissions decisions because they're hoping more funding will become available to offer students. I would love to attend this program, but I don't know how much longer I can string along other programs that have offered a good funding package.

I also applied to work with Gangestad and haven't heard anything. I guess it's kind of comforting to know we're all in the same boat.
