I'm in the exact same position. My "good Canadian school" had a deadline on March 21st- it was the first application deadline and the first to get back to me, but there are still other places in the US that aren't deciding until April and May. With only 4 spaces in the program I got accepted to, I feel like I would give the impression that I don't want it badly enough, although I am seriously considering it.
Someone told me to accept and then if I get my top pick offer later I could always back out....but do people really do that??
