Ruston is actually not that bad. It's a good environment to get a PhD. Rent is cheap and the neighborhoods are quiet. As you mentioned, the program is new, but it really has a lot to offer.

I've been invited to an interview/open house. Only a "select few" applicants will attend this interview/open house. My question is: what should I expect that day? What questions do professors ask? What should I ask them? Note: it's for I/o psych. I kinda know what to expect but it would be good to hear from others. What do you guys think? Thanks! :-)
