I was previously waitlisted by UC-Irvine but today I received a phone call with a follow-up e-mail notifying me of acceptance with full tuition, housing, health insurance, and a stipend. Overwhelmed is an understatement. Now the choice is between Irvine and Wisconsin-Madison. Anyone have thoughts to share on the two?

I was wondering the same thing concerning Irvine so I contacted a prof a few days ago. After some checking around I was notified that I am towards the top of the wait list. I am thinking about writing to find out the number of admits as well as those wait listed. Best of luck to you!
