  1. Stanford rejection letters must be arriving to international applicants if I am a representative case...
  2. Princeton down...saw that coming anyway, expecting the same for Columbia..congrats to all who got in!!
  3. The same here for Yale..Professors mentioned about the visit day (3/24-25) but nothing official - no program, no e-mail about it, etc. I think Duke was very impressive about the organization of the visit day; they have dinners with the people (faculty-grads) in your subfield, individual meetings with faculty, presentations from grad students, etc. and not to mention that they are very generous in terms of reimbursing costs!
  4. I must say that I hate this practice of sending out either acceptances or rejections, but not both...Why not just save the decisions somewhere and then push that button to send out all news...Now I am 99% sure of being rejected by Princeton unless I hear very soon, but why not make it 100% and let me go on.. :x
  5. How would you rate Yale in terms of comparative political development/political economy? Any comparisons with NYU or Duke??
  6. Today we should -definitely- hear from Stanford...At least I hope so..
  7. long time lurker here, oscillating between Comparative and IR (security)...I am quite anxious about Stanford, but it should be imminent...Any ideas about when we can hear from Harvard??
