Any updates on the housing market since last year? I've been able to find 1br apts as low as 400-450/month within biking distance to UNC. Both Trulia and Craigslist seem helpful. I prefer Trulia more, the results are a little limited, but the map function saves a lot of time.

Haven't heard anything yet.
