Hey... I have got an admit from UPENN and USC for EE FALL 2011. I am having a bad time choosing the best option. I am not concerned with the fees.. I can opt for VLSI / Embedded Systems or Networking (Telecom) Which is my best choice? UPENN is IVY LEAGUE but USC is better ranked....plz help UPENN provides Finance jobs but USC provides Core Jobs UPENN living is cheap but USC living is costly... plz help!!!
