Congratulations! You can only be in one place at a time. What is your situation? I'm an emergency physician with an MBA from Duke, and with some international experience in Kenya. I've not done "public health" before, despite realizing over the past few years that this is where my passion really lies.

Did you apply to other programs? All my eggs are in this basket.

I hear there are hundreds of folks looking for one of 12 spots at UNC this year in their DrPH program. Anyone here among them? Anyone heard anything? I've heard nothing since the confirmation email that my application was received.

I applied just for the program at UNC-CH. I haven't heard a peep from them, except that my application was received. That's despite the fact that the application deadline was January 10, over two months ago. What programs did you apply to?
