Hi, As the deadline to 4/15 is approaching... I still haven't heard back from my Top 1 Choice. May I know what is the best way to ask for an extension to my 2nd Choice school? I don't know if being straightforward and telling them I am waiting on my Top Choice is a good idea. Has anyone succeeded in asking for an extension before? How long does will these schools usually wait for you? Thanks for any suggestion and advice!!

Hi all, I have applied to USC Annenberg's M.A. in Strategic PR and to this day I still haven't heard back from them. I remembered seeing the Admission News http://annenberg.usc.edu/Prospective/News.aspx saying that they'll respond by 4/8... but when I checked just now, the statement has changed to below.... "as soon as possible" is very nerve-wrecking. Fall 2011 Graduate Admission Decisions Faculty admission committees continue to review completed applications; decisions will be released as soon as possible. If you are on deadline to accept an admission offer, from another institution, plan to make your decision based on the information you know. Has anyone heard back from them yet? Is it by email or mail? Thanks!!

Hi all, I have also applied for BU COM (Public Relations Program) and haven't recieved the decision letter by mail yet (it may be because I live outside of the United States). Anyway, I have received an email on March 10th saying that the decision has been mailed and should received by March 28th (btw, my email has the "IF accepted")... so until then, let's keep our fingers crossed Oh yah, I am also wondering if anyone can give me advice on BU COMM's PR and NYU SCPS's PR & Corporate Comm Program. For example, how is the quality of the education/program? Because I am really uncertain of how the classes are like in the NYU program since it's from the School of Continued Professional Studies. Does anyone know what's the average working experience of the people admitted in that program? Thanks!!
