Congrats HC4. I got into Columbia and was waitlisted by GSD last year. I held out for GSD this year b/c I like that it is more focused on design than real estate finance and development, which is what Col seems to focus on.

I haven't seen any mdess real estate posts yet.

Some money would be nice! In this downturn - I think grads have been still jumping at school before getting an aid package. Good for you. USC is a very good choice. Did you hear back from Harvard?

Where are you going in Sept?

I applied to two programs. I got into Columbia's RE Development Program, but I'm still waiting to hear from Harvard. I was waitlist for MDesS Real Estate and won't hear back until 5/15.
