could someone scan/pm me the stapled sheets of instructions for filling out the medical clearance forms (first mailing, from iie)? my physician walked away with mine and i realized that now i don't have a mailing address for my completed health form. =(

did the "further pre-departure information" smaller envelope come separately in the mail?

Just received my letter for a Korea ETA! To others who have heard back already -- when/how do we receive letters/information about accepting the award? For now, is the only thing we can do to do the medical checkups?
