A lot of universities report the average undergrad gpa that matriculants have to their phd program. Will the matriculant gpa average for a masters program for the same field be less, as the program doesn't have to invest as much in the masters students? Is there anywhere to get values for the average undergraduate GPA for biomedical engineering programs for masters and phd programs?

I'm going to be applying to Boston Area schools for an MS and maybe PhD in biomedical engineering. Does anyone know what gpa range they typically accept for biomed at these programs? I have a 3.5 and am worried that I wouldn't be able to get into BU, Harvard, or MIT for a masters, although I might be ok for Tufts. I am in the correct range with the GRE however. Thanks!
