I was rejected from the waitlist today too! I'm kind of relieved honestly. Now I can focus on actually going to the school I said yes to!

I'm still on the waitlist for San Diego... looks like someone got accepted from it today. Hmm... I guess CA is still a possibility?!

Florida State

Accepted my spot at FSU! The only thing that could change this decision is getting off of the waitlist at San Diego State... we'll see what happens!

I decided to go to FSU and save a ton of money lol. I spoke with a girl in the program at SFSU and she gave me some stellar advice. It really helped me make up my mind. My heart will always be in San Fran though!

Thanks!! Yeah, i'm leaning more towards FSU because I'll save so much money, but SF is my dream so I'm really having a hard time letting it go!

I'm on the waitlist for SDSU so thanks!! I'm currently deciding between Florida State & San Francisco State... I don't know what to do!!! If I get off the waitlist at SDSU I think my head will explode.

Congrats to you too! I would love to pick the brain of a current SFSU grad student, I might just e-mail the dept and ask if theres someone willing to talk to me lol. If we end up going to SFSU, you can be one of the 20 roommates I'm going to need in order to afford to pay rent!!

Thank youuu!!! Now I'm left with some major decisions! In-state vs. out-of-state... although I'm from CA (born in San Fran), my Dad still lives in CA too. Man, I am so torn on this one.

YAAAYYYYYY!!! Go Noles!! I'm still waiting to hear back from SFSU, but I'm 75% sure I'm going to FSU. SFSU's mascot is the Gator.. how ironic is that!

I would wait because they might have one in the department for students to use. The one thing FSU mentioned that students are required to buy is a digital voice recorder. I would contact someone who went to the open house and ask if they mentioned any items that students need to get before the program starts
